Lead high-stakes, strategic projects in a demanding, global environment — where precision, budget control, and cross-functional alignment are non-negotiable.

I took ownership of full-cycle delivery and project structure:
Managed international projects (Agile & Waterfall), leading all rituals and governance in English
Oversaw planning, risk, scope, and change management
Designed and implemented strategic dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools for leadership
Audited 220+ projects via Dassault’s VEPI tool, uncovering inconsistencies and proposing improvements
Built tools to support margin tracking, requirement formalization, and data reliability
Led a global collaboration initiative (Speed Networking) involving 375+ people across hubs
Produced high-impact materials for executive committees
